No, Skrill doesn't provide an option to reverse a transaction.

Skrill is the safest - as long as you are an honest buyer and an honest seller. Paypal doesn't respect sellers at all, if someone just wants to cheat you (especially when selling bots or in-game items) it's just a click away.

Skrill's support is a meme imho

I second that, Skrill might be more comfortable for sellers, but I found it's support way, way harder to work with than PayPal's.
