yo liegt daran, dass du noch nicht genug mit paypal gehandelt hast. War bei meinem Account auch so, konnte kleinere Transaktionen tätigen also so 20,30,40€ Beträge, sobald es aber um Beträge wie 800€ ging kam die selbe Meldung.
Ist ganz einfach, diese Zahlungsgröße ist für dein PayPal Konto nicht normal.
Habe sonst auch immer Transaktionen die 300€ nicht überschreiten, vor ein paar Wochen wollte ich dann das neue MacBook Pro kaufen, was mit 1700€ eben über meinem normalen Volumen war.
Vier Möglichkeiten:
1. Kreditkarte hinzufügen, dann passiert das nicht mehr
2. Langsam an das entsprechende Transaktionsvolumen ran tasten
3. PayPal Konto vorher aufladen
4. Andere Zahlungsvariante nehmen

My problem is that i was limited 1 year ago and now i can withdraw the money from my paypal, but only with a credit card from a country where paypal is.
