Did G2A just scam me?

Did G2A just scam me?

Hello guys

I bought a game from G2A and it got deleted from my steam.. (I got a message this morning) I contacted the live support because I paid for G2A shield. They probaly just wanted me to walk away so yea I didn't waste my time with them.
I opened a PayPal dispute against them and it said for the first time They can answer to the case till 13rd of Jan.

Now it says "Being reviewed" and time is 20th of Jan now..

Did they answer? I did not get any email with that they prooved anything!

Just contact the G2A Support again there are some kind guys and some guys that are completely rude. make some screens with the gift and some others and send it them . If they dont do it just wait u will get your Money from PP earlier or later.

Its a green market site but yea I bought froma guy who had many positives but the game is gone from my steam account so my money is? The support is ignoring me trying to evade the refund so I did open a dispute on paypal against them, but I don't think that they answered since I haven't got email from that, just the date is changed as long I get my money back its ok for me.. will never buy any games from G2A again I am sure about it... They have very bad support and as I saw on reddit I am not the first who has to do that thing yet...

Did it already... they are just trying to evade replace the key/refund the money.... Thats the reason I opened the dispute did contact them 3 times already...

What was the Price of the Game ?
I think it is better to wait of a Email, It is G2A the Risk of Scamming.
I dont think that you become Money back.

If they answer do I get the money back after posting the screenshots with live chat and that the game got deleted from my account? Because its virtual goods and yea I know its not a lot of money but money is still money.. G2A is known for being a scam website .. keep contacting the support, try posting on their Facebook site (sometimes they answer there) or send them a private message on facebook and in the future, avoid G2A because G2A itself is not so bad, but the people that sell the keys there are not to be trusted .. well not all of them
