But I think it's not possible, probably you could setup it somewhere in the registry, but I mean you don't edit your Savegames each minute... If so, go into your documents folder, make a shortcut for your folder, et voila.
Or you do wanna know where the folder is located?
If so, you need to activate hidden files then go to
*:/documents and settings/**/applicationfiles/nfsu or so...
