For me, putting a big sign that says "Hey I'm an underground member" would take the underground part out of the underground.

whats the difference of the lvl 2 Badge from this Proposed UG Badge?. ~ I thought lvl 2 Member is sort of like a UG Member. Considering lvl 2 members has their Badges now, so what's wrong if a UG Member too wants/ask for a Badge.
