Yes, if you followed our trading tips.

Scammer Reports
Unfortunately, there is little we can do should you have been scammed in a trade that did not involve elite*gold. We are aware that this is considerably disappointing, but the reason for that is simple: we can only influence what happens within the limits of this board.
That means that ultimately the worst thing we can do is banning a possible scammer. However, that will not get you your money back, or whatever it is that has been taken from you, nor will it stop a scammer from creating another account and continue with his dirty deeds.
So apart from the fact that banning a scammer will not make him stop scamming once and for all, we can only ban a member due to scamming if he is proven guilty. In order to do that we require sufficient proof that we can verify which is why we can only accept evidence that is retraceable for us (e.g. personal messages, visitor messages, posts in threads, etc.).
In case a trade has not been conducted within the limits of this board (e.g. via some instant messenger like ICQ, Skype, MSN and whatnot), it is unlikely that you will be able to provide sufficient evidence for having a possible scammer banned. If that is the case, there really isn’t anything we can do for you unfortunately.
Provided that you have used our trading system and requested a trade, you should give the scammer a negative rating.
You can of course consider filing a complaint against the scammer at your local police office. We will do our best to support authorities at their investigations by providing any available data we have on a member in question. Make sure to let the authorities know that they can contact us via .
