HELP! am I about to get scammed?

Ok so someone wanted to trade my M4A1-s Hyperbeast MW for 77 USD. He sent the money but in a different form than anyone else - Bill From.

I am really curious if this is a scam or this guy is legit - the money hasnt beed added to my paypal balance yet.

Is this chargebackable? Am I in any danger? (I know it says its not but I am making sure, a lot of my friends said this could be a scam)
I am looking for answers from people who have already deal with this or know about this, such as big traders etc. ^^

This is just a bill for something he bought, so you won't receive money.

Whats the reason paypal allows that guy to show me a bill of something thats completly unrelated to me since I didnt get or paid any money?

Maybe it's meant for accounting or something like that.
