hey,

da mein paypal account eingeschränkt ist und die limitierung nicht mehr weggehen kann (support kontaktiert),wollte ich fragen ob man mit einem Unverified Paypal Account auch geld senden und Erhalten kann?

Ich würde gerne ein neues machen das sollte doch möglich sein wenn es unverifiziert ist da ich nur 1 Bankkonto habe und dort schon Paypal mit einem Limited account habe!

Soweit ich weiss nicht, aber kanns dir nicht zu 100% sagen.
Ansonsten probiers aus

Ja, du kannst mit einem unverifizierten Account Zahlungen empfangen und senden.
Und ja, natürlich kannst du ein neues PayPal Konto machen und dies in unverifiziert lassen.
