Some user offer to trade Paysafecards for Paypal. Have a look at

If your PayPal is connected to you Bank account you can transfer money from that account to your PayPal

you need to buy paysafecards and trade it for paypal here @the forum or sell something like steam accounts for paypal.

No you cant use Paysafecard to deposit money to you PP Account. Better use your Bank account not a CC

Haha... I dont have BANK acc just my parents but i cant put money on That acc because i'm not owner acc.... And my parents dont want to USe this solution just psc: ))))
