Das Minus 10$ hat jmd. abgezogen, weil er mich gescammt hat, er hat dafür Steamkeys bekommen, hat danach aber das Geld zurückgezogen, was kann ich eig. dort machen ?

Ich habe am 24.10.13 mit einem User aus diesem Forum gehandelt. Es ging um einen LoL Account gg. PP. Unter welcher Sektion muss ich das im TBM Markt nun melden, da er sein Geld zurückgezogen hat, und meint ich hätte ihm den Account nicht gegeben! Zudem meint er er geht jetzt zur Polizei irgendwo im LoL Oceana bereich.

My problem is that i was limited 1 year ago and now i can withdraw the money from my paypal, but only with a credit card from a country where paypal is. I'm from Moldova and we dont have paypal here, so if someone wants i can give my paypal account + email with 80 euro on it so you withdraw them for you for 40 euro on my other paypal acc or 40 euro psc.
With this account you can only withdraw the money, u cant send/buy with the money, only...
