I have played a game long ago and now when I remembered it,somehow I can't remember its name. Its genre is like Tekken's genre,fighting simulation probably(don't know if it's the actual genre,so correct me if I am false). The game is taking place in a mental hospital and you're fighting with mental unstable people,I remember one character had the shirt for mental unstable people,the shirt that's sealing away your arms(please don't mind my description,my English isn't perfect). The game is for PS1.
