Bad experience with webtropia!

Hello everyone!

I just want to share my bad experience with webtropia. Also for users to have an idea about them.

After purchasing a VPs from webtropia,I cannot access my server via SSH, I don’t know password, in order to reveal password system must phone you back and say that code, but I tried almost 4 weeks to arrange a call, and never system called me. So I'm stuck with this useless VPS now. should have choose the 1month to try if it really works out fine(took the 6months for refunding and defect purposes). I just bought a new VPS from them and turned out very awful. I really regret the day I bought this VPS. I've read all the intructions, all the possible things to have the password!

Avoid this site if you don't want to waste your precious time and effort with their products. Their support doesn't help at all! I even emailed them, do all the possible way just to get in touch still nothing! What is the problem with this people!

Does anybody have the same experienced with mine? I'm so frustrated with this!really!
