Website Problem
Hallo,
ich habe jetzt ne html seite gemacht. Alles geht (Auf meinem Rechner) doch wenn ich auf die Webspace hohlade und es mit dem stadart browser öffnen will, sehe ich keine Texturen,Bilder etc. Wenn ich es mit Google Chrome öffne sehe ich alles normal, was kann ich da machen?

welchen webspace anbieter hast du??? dan könnte man dir besser helfen

Du musst in der html Datei die Pfade zu den Bildern entsprechend anpassen. Dass du die Bilder auch hochladen musst brauche ich ja wohl nicht zu erwähnen.

die bilder haben bestimmt den pfad: "c:/ordnername/bilder/bildname.jpg" oder irgendwie sowas.
In der index.html brauchen die aber den pfad: "bilder/bildname.jpg".

Du musst die Bilder ins Internet bzw. auf deinen Webspace laden ;O
Den Rest kannst du dir denken.

Am besten eine style.CSS erstellen wo du Pfad korrekt angibst die zu den Bildern führen, sonst nix Website!

An alle anderen war schon von anfang an so.
1. hohgeladen
2. arbeiten mit style.css
3. mein pfad: images/image.jpg
Weitere vorschläge?
PS: Bei google chrome geht doch alles perfekt o.O

Website problem

I am trying to set up a website for my server, but when a friend tries to access it, he can't see the website, the page either times out or says it cannot be displayed. But I can see the site just fine on my computer.
I have port forwaded 80 on my router and McAfee fire wall, but it hasn't helped. Anyone know something that might help? I can put a picture of ports or anything if needed.
Edit: I am using wamp

hey everybody.... since noone else knows whats wrong nor do i, however i know whats wrong but have no idea to fix it... my problem is
Since port 80 is a notorious unsafe port i changed the default http server port.
Since i did that it has to be... 2.2.2.2.2:port/whatever and when trying to make that into one of those free web domains for now it gives me 502 proxy error, but i know it's working because i access it from other places all the time.
any ideas? :) thanks:handsdown:
