As I already said a few weeks ago, the guardian badge is not that important as you may think. It's just a badge with the option to change your name color to the non-premium black one.

They did not recieve someone to GUARDIANs from long time ago, I hope they will recieve someone soon as possible.

I know it not so immportant, but I am sure that give you nice feeling, and badge owner know that he is helpful and that he can go further in epvp forum

Well, if it is just about the color, you can ask an administrator to remove premium. I heard several people did that.

Well, I don't think it's easier to learn speaking/writing fluently german. Better go for guardian first.

That's true but for example, if you've got 3 or 4 pages of infractions and warnings it will be definitely hard to get accepted.

I'd say it's about your overall behavior. If you didn't get any warnings/infras for a while, it should be okay anyways.
