yes, it is big, maybe you will not recieve infraction, and it is not too big for rules, but for my taste, it is too big, you could write a book in your sig

Well, I'd say your signature is okay. Personally, I like nice images/artworks in signatures, but yours contains much information, which can be helpful for users.
And no, it's not too big.
