Technically, it is, you can talk about anything here. If he scammed you, simply report him in the complaint area. Just make sure to leave evidence.

I find it quite funny that people now tend to disrespect me, until they're are told whom they're talking to. Whatever kind of authority having been a mod purport to be.
Also it's interesting that although I had some little influence on WarRock's scene, nobody seems to really know due to the amount of names I bear.

Because I wasn't. My a-levels demanded most of my spare time, and so does university. Might apply again though.
