I don't know, but 1 leecher is banned. He wasn't in UG , so I'm not sure why he is banned ...

Well, they should add and insta ban for leech. It is terrible when some guy leech bugs, so ADMIN/MOD should prevent things like that, but it is just my opinion

Because leechers, some bugs leech in public, so FF close old one UG

Impossible, nobody can prevent users from leeching stuff. Even if it would be a official rule, there will always be the guy who releases it and there will always be the guys who are downloading and releasing it on other forums such as elitepvpers.

I know that there will always be guys like that, but you should do something, and atleast you can ban them. Taking something from this forum and bring it to the other is OK, in my opinion, because I lot of things released here, you can find on some other forums/webs.
