It was a rule in the old UG.

But is this approved by the admins? If not, it's no ban reason and I'm quite sure that users won't get banned because of this. The highest punishment may be a kick out of usergroup.

I have asked Luke ( Luke ... ^^ ) about it. Also one of our moderators don't want that UG (because I'm not a mod ?? ) , so maybe Luke will reject it.

Maybe? He won't for sure. It's not an official epvp-UG, right? Even then, I could not think of a higher punishment than a kick plus an infra. Only a few things will get you instant banned, i.e. multiaccounting, scamming, intense spam/flaming and of course posting malware. That should be it.
