Being a premium user doesn't mean you're trusted one.
Simply you trust those who you know pretty well or by judging them
from their old trading/posts history and still there's a chance of getting scam.
besides it's pretty easy to get the e.g trader badge
just buy 260 elite*gold from the system..
but still it doesn't mean you're a trusted user

Umm, I do not think so. If an user has Premium/e*G Trader is just says that he spent elitegold for buying these badges before, so maybe that user is more careful to not lose his account (money would be gone), but nothing else.

If you trust someone because of badges instead of the user himself, you are doing it wrong.
Anyway who cares about them. You don't "win" anything having them.

Reputation? There're many ways of having a reputation and buying premium/e.g trader isn't one of them. It's a community so contribute toward it and there you go, you get a "GOOD" reputation.
Those 2 badges only give you support priority, that's all.

Exo has scammed me in the past, I gave him 1 *gold, and he didn't deliver the goods at all! I even opened a dispute but the support didn't even help me!!!!1337
