Well, a "double rainbow" is a phenomenon of optics that displays a spectrum of light due to the sun shining on droplets of moisture in the atmosphere.
DOES THAT EXPLAIN IT?

If you "randomly" thank one specific user you're more than likely to get suspected of thankspushing. I wouldn't take the risk, you're just depriving the true purpose of the button.
