Das kannste auch mit MSPaint, ansonsten wurden hier ja schon genug genannt. Ich bevorzuge GIMP, zwar nicht so toll wie Photoshop aber dafür isses umsonst.

Wenn du nur schneiden willst geht das mit Gimp fixer als mit Photoshop
Aber ich will photoshop nichtmehr missen
