I am looking for a tool to display the X and Y coordinates.
I would like to find an unused spot to stand directly at the edge in the IC.
Maybe someone knows something like this.

Open this image with paint and check X,Y with the mouse.
If you want to export it too.
- Download and open Onex Explorer (from epvp or github)
- Open NStcData from NostaleData folder
- Look for 2004 (IC map)
- Left click and export
- Open with paint
- Scale down by 50% (a map 150 x 150 exported is in game 75 x 75)
