Is a specific version of "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable" required for the SDK?

I myself have no errors or problems when I use it in the client, but when I share the client with the respective adaptations of the SDK, it happens that the SDK is not loaded or no longer even responds.
is there anything I should be aware of so that others don't have any problems?
