How to avoid copyright takedown from p server website?

Anyone knows how I can avoid copyright / DMCA take down from a p server website? I've tried offshore hoster but they took them down too.
Is there hosters who won't take down your website?
I've hidden them behind cloudflare but it has no use, once a big company reports them, it's taken down for copyright. Maybe someone can help me here?

Don't put copyrighted material, at least on the first page
