How do you sell Gold?

As far as ive looked i havent found any info, any guide on how to get rid of your pesky ingame gold for some sweet RL cash.
So far i havent tried anything and id like to be on the safer side of things without walking into immediate bans on my first try.
I talked with a couple of people but they also dont have any experience. Nonetheless they said something along the lines of "do not at all just give people the gold the direct way (ingame trading) and also avoid doing it over the bazar. Im honestly pretty confused on what to do and have no idea what the GMs can track and what not.
Whats the usual way of doing it?

Be conscious that if u sell gold you can be banned. You can trade if u get an item back, its a simple trade.

They can track everything.
If you dont want to get banned while selling your Gold you should trade it against something that is could be worth something - for example you trade a R7 shell with trash options for 100kk it doesnt look suspicious like that, or you just only sell gold to people you know so it would make sense that you 'gift' them gold.
