Hello.
Someone who has programmed a nosmall prize roulette who can advise or share with me.

I have made a small sketch, but I find the PhP issue complicated

I would like to implement it on my site as it is fun.

Just do a small api endpoint which give you the list of prizes
when you press start send a request to your server that return the prize (and add the prize to your account.
Then fake a roll of the roulette that stop on the correct slot (in JavaScript for exemple).
