[OpenNos] Debuff bug

Hey
When i use like a blackoout 1 time / 2 he can move but i don't see he move and if he try to hit me when the debuff is on he can't move stay block
Can you help me pls ?

When i try arena with my friend if i stun him he can move (not all time ) but i don't see it moving and if he try to hit me when he are stun he stay block for all time and he need to reconnect
i using

When i send this packet : Session.SendPacket(StaticPacketHelper.Cancel(2));
with command i can re move
