Sp7 mage/ shields mage

Hey. I was just wondering how to add the shields of the mage's, cause they dont work. Also id like to know if its possible to make that the sp7 mage skill that should teleport, worked. Cayse it doesnt teleport you. (Like the sp8 sword that teleports)
Please help me, id be so glad. Also id pay if necessary if u helped me with the new sp (coding the transformation)

Everything that work on the official is possible. You just need to learn how to code to do it.
