And if i send "update-database -Verbose" in vs2015 i see this

Hey

Simple solution right click on project folder properties and choose "Opennos.dal.ef" I know u did it in the small window but you need to choose it in both.

Please download and install Visual Studio 2017.
Make sure you tick "ASP.NET and web development" while you install vs.
