Change upgrade chance on OpenNos

Can someone explain how I can change the chance of upgrade of sp or equipment. I will appreciate it.

OpenNos.Gameobject/Item/Instance/WearableInstance.cs
search for:

public void UpgradeItem(ClientSession session, UpgradeMode mode, UpgradeProtection protection, bool isCommand = false)

then at:

 if (Rare >= 8)

search for the else{}

and change:

UpFix (Chance to fix your Item, first upgrade is 0%, second is 0%...)
UpFail (Chance to fail the upgrade, first one is 0%...)
