No it doesn't, whenever I use rainbow pearl, it just throws an error and crashes

You're probably trying to identify a broken shell. Is the shell a complete shell whose level is not divisible by 5 ?

No the rainbow pearl doesnt even open the box to put the shell inside of, it just crashes the server when i double click it

Assemblies issue, again & again, broken packages. this is not specific to shells, but to every item as long as your packages are not up to date
