Question Launcher

Hi,

Can somebody help me with launcher please? I need easy launcher for update and start game... nothing else.. When somebody click start the launcher will download zip update.. and extract it to folder... and start game .. background.. buttons I will make my self.. Here are so much Public Launcher where the People dont need to download anything through the Launcher use this else Learn a Language and do it easy yourself?

General overview on how to obtain them (download abc, go to xyz, etc.) or the actual files would be fantastic. Thanks for viewing. :p Reasons: US launcher is fuckin' ugly. US help files are awful. Korean Rappelz (normal and KTS) have the best help files on any server, and I'd love to translate them and release them.
