I tried to follow a tutorial to create my private server, but when I try to login in the client, nothing happens. The screen freezes 2 seconds and this is as if I had not entered login.
I'm doing everything correctly, I configured files, the emulator does not display an error and In localhost, I have no problems. (I use a VPS)
Someone would have the solution?
Do you have files to advise me?
I tried everything emulators , still the same problem . ( Waat , w00t , extazia .. )
I do not understand what the problem..
My VPS is hosted in Canada is it because of that ?
Did you configured correctly the login server port? You can know looking first byte of Language.dat and adding 4000 (ej, spanish is 0x05 so, 4000 + 0x05 = 4005 )

I see the first byte of the file but I did not understand how to add the port, can you explain to me in detail please

I made a nostale local server with mySQL and i want to log in from a different pc with NOSTALE_LOCAL.exe
How can i connect on my server? I don't use hamachi because i think too many connections can cause the server crash. I read that is possible to edit NOSTALE_LOCAL.exe and insert the server ip but my server has ip 127.0.0.1 that means localhost.
I tried to modify this ip but with no success. Is there any way to connect an external client to the server?

und zwar ich habe versucht auf meinen Testserver zu verbinden aber wenn ich die richtigen Daten angebe dann sagt der Client mir, das die Verbindung fehlgeschlagen sei.
Wenn ich aber falsche Daten angebe, sagt er mir aber das Name oder PW falsch seien.
Warum ist das so, und wie kann ich das fixxen?
Der User der mir eine Lösung für das Problem gibt bekommt ein THX:o

I have a question to proffessional's how to change the client's sro files, so that they start connecting to my server, not the off sro ip?
Where can I modify file's(silkroad.exe, or different file?) so that all packet's would go to my server.
(How to do it from server side I understood while looking on source code's)
