Du musst die IP von Hamachi dort Eintragen und nicht deine Lokale. Außerdem die Datenbank korrekt aufsetzen etc, gehe mal davon aus dass du das auch nicht gemacht hast wenn du den Fehler mit den IPs schon gemacht hast.

You habe to paste the Hamachi IP in the configuration instead of your local IP. Also you have to set up the Database correctly, I don't think you've done it so far because your are already having trouble with the IP configuration. Good luck by setting it up!
