Finding player's nickname with ID

Hello, is there any way to find player's nickname when I only have his ID?

Go to The Database in PServer and search the ID in the Created Chars file

If you mean User ID, it's simply, just send:
req_info 1 <USER_ID>
If you mean Account ID you need PW too.

only works when he's on the same map and channel (and of course - online)
I wan't to find user ID when he's offline.
