Is there a SP Card Upper hack?

Hello, I saw someone in my guild upgrade an SP card from +0 to +15 in a few minutes, he told me he used a hack but doesn't want to share info with me.
Is there a program that allows easy upping of SP cards?

If not, then is upping client or server-sided?

I know one exploit from Packet Logger to Up SP Cards JUST from +5 to +9 with no need to use items either gold. So yes there is, and more people know it.
