Changing the % of sucess (upgrading items)

I would like to know if there is some hack o tool that can change the % of sucess when we upgrade a SP or a weapon or something; or making it possible to be sucessul upgrading something. In english please, i don't understand german

I think it's impossible cause it's all serverside.

i think isn't impossible at all on .es server a guy upgrade the sp from +12 to what u want for some kk's to +13, +14, +15
