I don't know exactly how does it work but it's online only for users who are server GMs. Here is the website where you can see the progresses of the server:

Fixed bugfix mob and players when the command GOTO was used.
Implemented permanent mobs.
Fixed crash bug when a lot of players were online.
Fixed speedhack.
Fixed exploit.
Fixed crashbot.
Portals implemented.
Launcher page implemented.
NPC implemented.
Skills corrected (buffs and others).
The last three aren't completed yet.
I specify I am NOT part of the server staff.
