I stopped making stuff for this game a while ago. The only bots I made I sold to someone else since I had no interest in keeping them up to date any longer. I am just maintaining NosHook and the released plugins for the time being with nothing new added.

This is designed to be used with the latest retail client. It will probably not work for many private servers as they are using older clients to 'version lock' to a past version of the game.

To try and make this work for your private server of choice, point the launcher to the appropriate .dat or .exe file to launch the game as normal via the NosHook launcher. Afterward, try loading the plugin if NosHook loads properly.

Boot file for Nostale is correct. Same installed for pc but laptop have problem. (All installation, files,

Long as you point it to the proper exe/dat to launch it should work with Steams version. I doubt the game is any different on Steam than the regular non-Steam client.

Install it via the NosHook launcher under the plugins section.
Once in game open the console and type:
/load noshacks

As said in the main post and other threads for the project, this is designed and made for the latest retail client on official servers. It is set up to use patterns vs. static offsets to allow it to work with most clients, however, some offsets do shift things in various structures that will break across different versions.

I do not specifically support any private server either way. If it works great, if not it's not something I will fix or worry about.
