Stupid question but do you think it's a bad idea If I buy 150 dodge chargers to get the koenigsegg reward? Can I get banned for doing that because I already have 4-5 expensive cars and 40 chargers

yes,this depend of luck... not all are banned if they buy much more slots.

I bought 145 slots at once [lvl. 1] and Im not banned, even on my second account I bought 150 slots at once 25 days ago and Im not banned. It is safe. I restarted PC after buyng slots. Now I use TE hack.

Lvl.1 to lvl.60 - I bought max 10 cars - safe
over 160 cars / driver. = perm. bann
buyng slots - safe [restart PC after]

[I lost 40 acc. with over 160 cars - banned]

my test account has over 1000 slots and 155 cars

They may not immediately ban you, buying lots of slots/cars at once may cause your account to be flagged for manual check.
There may be accounts flaged for manual review if they reach lvl60 by far too fast or if you reach a certain amount of achievement points. I'm sure everyone receiving the Bugatti will be checked for inconsistencies sooner or later.

I started nfsw 3month ago, so i don't wont to many slots, i want slow and safe to increase number of slots, king you think its safe to buy like 1-2 slots a week. I presume that will not be to much suspicious?

No hack is safe, ever. But you know - no risk no fun.
It may be possible to detect the additional slots or not, depends on the quality and qunatitiy of the EA programmers trying to spot/detect hacks. But as EA has no real devs for the game I doubt this will ever come.

I lost lvl60 solid accaunt with old fast team escape bot, so i am careful now.
Anyone knows how they detect it, is it like they track how fast some accaunt gain number of cars/slot, and then manually check it, or is it with some automatic action
I guess this is hard to assume.

And not buy more than 5 slots per day.
