Need "attributes.bin" file for modding NFSW
Heya. Since the Citroen GT came out as a NFS World Mod, I was trying to install the mod but for being able to use the VLTEd I need the original attribute.bin file, or at least one that let you install mods, i've thinked about donwloading the May 2011 version but honestly I don't want to download +3GBs for a 3MB file. I'd truly appreciate if someone could upload just this file to Mega, Mediafire, 4Shared, etc.
