nfs_fan i have tested the server and... i lost connection in free roam after 5-6 seconds and the powerups don't work. you have to wait. i'm sorry for this

You should use jar files if you want to HOST the server, so others can connect to you.

If you want to CONNECT to someone's server, you only need the shortcut to NFSW (with that someone's IP).

I have only tested the server through LAN and it works (but I have many problems related to my connection). I don't know how it behaves when using the Internet to play. Maybe you can use Hamachi or Tunngle instead of a direct Internet connection.

@: Do you know how to host the server on a laptop? Cause if I click the nfsw.exe, nothing happens. And I also can't execute the .jar files. *** **** it - ******' Java.

If I only can access the game, I would be a bit happier. but that isn't possible at the moment.

Edit: I don't know how Hamatchi, etc. works. Just wanna start the game and play with another one, but that isn't possible atm, as well as jsut starting the game for myself. How you get it to run?

If you have 2 PCs in the same area, both connected through Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi Hotspot, you can host the server on one PC and the other player can play on the other PC (it's LAN ).

One more thing i didn't remembered, on the 4 point of the reply, add that a whole community of players are waiting to play it online but it's needed to host the game somewhere and for that thought about tunngle. Add the link of the elitepvpers where the project is doing to see there are a bunch of players waiting the project finish and etc.

Just use your public IP, Tunngle is unnecessary. If your modem doesn't have NAT Loopback then use Hamachi instead. Tunngle is full of ads and works rarely.

But how I host the server? I can't run the .jar-files or the "Launch soapbox.exe" How did you do that?

And I also can't play the game, due to this **** ******' server-error 7
