Tuning will work exactly the same way as before, so no values staying the same whether tuned or not.
There is no way to directly connect the HAT values (they are just numbers) to performance, so if someone modifies e.g. Viper's handling performance (ride height, sway bars, handling factor etc.) the values will no longer reflect its performance.

Thanks, don't waste huge amount of time if it's a problem though.
Bandicam is free, but you probably know that already.
I just have no idea how to use it, I click stuff and those numbers show up, and no idea what they mean or how to use the get hash get hex part.
Again, if it will bog you down from what you are trying to do, then it's quite ok if you don't have the time.
That is cool though, about what you are doing, it is sort of one of the best Mods anyone is working on.

I have been downloading everything I can find so far. So much kind of spread around a bit. I been going through the posts and find a link with info and save it and watch for anything new.
I am looking around in the files, I read info how to adjust this or that and give it a try. It is very interesting to see what happens if I do change something. I messed it up a few times and had to start again.
I am looking forward to v1.8. seeing a few posts on what will be added. Will be something good for sure.
Everyone doing what they have, adding this and that. Berkay doing this server, I am just in awe with it.. I never could imagine it was possible and here it is. Awesome!!
The game had a 340+mb update before the shutdown along with a updated game launcher. Hmm! :-) I wondered for days what was in there. Figured all the stuff going to be unlocked before the end and maybe a few extra things? (Y)
I am very thankful and appreciate everything that has been done, being done and what is to come later! The help and info from everyone is giving me some interest messing around in the files.

Hey, could someone help me out on how I add spoilers to the cars that are missing it? And how I could possibly replace small spoilers with large spoilers? My brain is literally a brick when it comes to all these files and where I have to put them and so on...
Edit: I dont want to ask for too much, but a video tutorial would be great and highly appreciated to make it easier for a dumbass like me..

I believe it's in the \www\nfsw\Engine.svc\events\availableatlevel.xml file.

For edit laps, opponents count, and other track things you need to hack or hex-edit gc.valuts files (GLOBAL folder). Xml files don't give any result in editing.

Thanks but not working. I replace <Laps>2</Laps> by <Laps>10</Laps> and nothink spécial. Same 2 laps in game

I need to open the bin file in GLOBAL-->gc.valuts???

RED_LINE = 8500
FLYWHEEL_MASS = 10
MAX_RPM = 10000
TORQUE = 400
IDLE = 1000
0xb4008515 [1]=45 [2]=40
This change affects to all cars, so be careful when changing these values , especially the first field.
NOS mod
nos/default/nos_base/nos_top
here just copy the nos_top values to the nos_base values,
and change the TORQUE_BOOST = 3 the same with the FLOW RATE
