I found out what the problem was, since version 1.8b server become dependant on system locale. If system locale for non-unicode programs is not English, powerups will not work (or at least they would not work with Japanesse as system locale). Username and hostname did not used special charachters (English latin characters only). For now, you could add: "Make sure your system uses English system locale for non unicode programs" to the "Troubleshooting" list and/or readme.

Any chance for that to be fixed?

Anyone have any idea why I cant install Java on my win 10 laptop?
I googled this and came up empty.
I have tried to install Java on it and nothing happens. clicking Java does nothing, the hourglass shows up for about a second, goes away and nothing else happens.
No install takes place, tried several versions of java too.

It's the Windows 10. It's bullshit - don't use it until 2016 - Just kidding.
I know that you need Firefox or Internet Explorer, instead of Google Chrome, because Chrome doesn't have a plugin for Java. Hope this helps.

I am working on getting a list of those cars from the dealer (so far seem to be the same ones as in v1.7 dealer) that need the baskets fixed with the correct PhysicsProfileHash numbers. The cross zo6 for starters needs to be corrected. As soon as I get to all the ones needing fixed I will have a list for you!

Well I cant import my profile. I can't import "getpersonainfo.xml". It tells me exactly this : "Selected file was not the PersonaInfo. Skipping". The same persona I had been using in V1.7 isnt working now. Any help?

Just through I'd poke you but, did you try encoding it with the right version?

I forced verbose mode with the -v flag during converting it into mp3 files it said the sns files were version 6/7 EAL3 audio.

I grasped some info about .snr files . (Lots of wave physics, so sharpen up your math folks)

Btw, trying to find a way to recognize headerless dds files. So I'm kinda screwed on that front.

I tried convering some music into game...

- FreeRoam and Safehouse music hve 2 separate parts for unknown reason
- Convert in headerless mode giving game crash
- Convert in SingleBlock and HeaderB modes don't crash a game, but still no music
- Convert in Parser 5 or 6 mode doesn't matter
- Convert MP3 into 128 kbps/s don't help

Hi berkay or anyone willing to repair these in the correct basket files, I found 6 cars in the dealer that when bought either have the incorrect hash number or they change overall when selected in garage

1) Mazdaspeed3 (Style) Exclusive - the orange one given for 0 at end of nfsw becomes negative when parts added

2,3,4) Mazda RX-7 Style 2,3,4 show in dealer d class 387, when in garage show OA 606

5) Nissan Silvia S15 Red (Style) Exclusive E class 212 add parts and it goes negative

6) Chevy Corvette zo6 Cross zo6 has wrong hash in basket

These are what I found so far, there are over 300 cars to check so when I find anymore I will post them.

If you could look into these for us and maybe post the fixes or add to next update and post what we need to do to fix or correct them.

When i buyed Bugatti Veyron, game goes to crash, and now game always crashed when i go to safehouse
