For server jar not found, rename it as the .txt file tells you.
For nfsw.exe not found, you need to find nfsw.exe in the folder where you have the game data. Did you change the defaults when you installed the game itself (not the server)?

i have framework 4 and also the last 4.5.2 but i doesn't start also i try to run the server with administrator nothing to do

I dont know, which version use Berkay ServerLauncher... I have anthology of .NET, and server program start easy. Your system is Win 7?

Hm, ServerLauncher use 4.0 .NET Framework. May be, you want check, how version of Framework installed on the your system?

hey thanks to everyone that tryed to help i solved it i just had to open first the 0-host thing and then nfsw offline

Maybe NFS World was meant to last 5 years from the beginning..

ok, so i downloaded it, unzipped it, extracted it, but now it wont open when i click the nfsw icon, what do i do??

I read the instructions "README winxp": excuse me if I say it, but it is not clear for me... I can understand just to download Java 8, Python 2.7, Mitmproxy; but I don't understand all the other informations.

I would ask you, if is possible, if you or someone could write clear "step by step" what I have to do with my XP, as Berkay explained clear step by step what to do at Windows 8.1 users...
