Either you're not using powershell or it's not 3.0. Also that's from a really old readme.txt. How do you even have that?

Can somebody explain this?
I added the Treasure Hunter skill mod my r35 and it's here on the car but not showing the gems. I know there isn't any rewards for doing TH but it's fun with a TH car

I tried, game loads the hash but can't load the car. Have to modify the client, which is illegal.

No, but it's not actually the skill mod that makes it show the gems. You can even remove that skill mod, it will still show the gems as long as you have this:

          <VisualPartTrans>
            <PartHash>871421435</PartHash>
            <SlotHash>-1649588878</SlotHash>
          </VisualPartTrans>

BTW if someone have out of memory error after launcher use, replace www and src folders in older version. Works awesome
