About the petition I for fun.
And as about gratitude in the form of a certain sum of money for the done work of developers offline versions and for online the version which is developed?
There will be a motivation and some benefit from the done work

Also, a guy suggested above to delete your settings.ini file. Have you tried that?

I tried that and it's still crashing. I think I'm going to try deleting everything and starting over. Let's hope it works.

Update: I reinstalled and FATAL_ERROR_13 has stopped, but I still can't drive.

Berkay is not accepting donations for his project. I tried to convince him to accept donations. If you want to show your appreciation, help people in the community and treat everyone with respect even if all the new guys seem to ask the same questions over and over again.

While this is a question that has been asked SO MANY TIMES on this thread, I will answer it anyway. If you can't find nfsw.exe, you probably don't have it. The download here is only the server to play the game. It does not contain the game itself. If you do not have the game, get it

Berkay made a post for you. Apparently you don't have rand.exe. Reinstall the server.

I reinstalled the server and found Rand.exe, it doesn't crash anymore, but I still can't drive.

Highly likely a bug related to the game. Server does NOT modify keydown event handlers that is used in NFS:W. Any and all keyboards will work, if controller isn't working use XPadder as NFS:W itself doesn't support many controllers.

Select the blank one. You will already have a starter car, so unless you want to keep that car you will need to give yourself the money to buy one of the other starter cars. Sell the old one then delete the money you gained from the sale.

Berkay, is there any way to make heat levels work, or to manually set your heat level?

I downloaded XPadder, configured it and tested it on other games. I still can't drive in NFS:W. I've even tried other keyboards.

Each car has a <Heat> attribute in the carslots file. Heat level support is not added to the server yet so you'll have to do it manually there.

no clue, I have been here for over 3 years and never ever heard of that problem.

About 2 year ago by friend ( when servers arent shut down ) can't drive , after 1 year he detected the problem - antywirus block the keyboard in world .... Funny , 1 year i pushed him to the finish line XD

yo, can you make a "multiplayer" version where you can drive with friends in the open world? like a launcher where your friend types a IP in and you join the server from him with hamachi. that would be awesome!
