Really you don't accept anymore persona requests? Or it can't be done anymore?

I downloaded the .rar file, unfortunately the Microsoft site sucks and I can't download powershell 3.0 
Is there any other site where I can donwload it correctly?
Edit: I am finally able to download it now!

Guys when I press ServerLauncher(I installed everything correctly)the game goes black screen at loading(I can't see anything)and a message pops out saying "Out of memory".Please help!

Personas can't be done anymore since NFSW servers are down. You can only play on personas that you download or just from the NFSW OFFLINE launcher one.

Speaking of personas, the launcher has a facility to change, but I'm guessing we would need someplace new where we could share them...

If you can help me with just one thing I can do the basket files for them, I only don't know what name of file (in Basket like NA09878329 etc.) can be named, that's only one thing that I can't struggle.

Yes, if you fix/made system of achievements, it`s be very good!) I want run father account with achievement, i`m backuped his account with program ExCeed fully =) but my own account blocked for me - Origin lose my password and don`t get me chance to change it (on my mail don`t wake letter from Origin), and I`m backuped my account as blocked driver, and all achievement lose =(

Hey guys, I'm trying to make a new persona that starts from lvl 1. Has anyone tried to make this, because I'm getting infinite loading screens and constant crashes...
Does anyone have an idea which files need to be modified? I'm doing something wrong but I can't figure out what...

Ich habe den Server "Root" aufgesetz fast alles fertig bearbeitet,nun kommt beim Starten folgender Fehler :

Hey Ho :)
Ich würde gerne mit einem Kumpel auf einer gemeinsamen Karte spielen. Er spielt schon länger und hat eine richtige coole Welt erwicht.
Nun ist meine Frage ob ich dessen save-files irgendwo zu meinem Server adden kann, damit direkt diese Welt und nicht irgendeine geladen wird.
Benutze die ganz normale Minecraft-Server.exe , die man auf Minecraft.net downloaden kann.
Danke schon einmal für jegliche Hilfe
