So IF this ends up real then it's not gonna be public and we'll have to pay money for it? Then what's the point? Sorry, but if I have to pay for this, then I'll pass.

Skill, Performance, Vinyl works. Paint doesn't have some color types in store atm so it's problematic, same with the A/M shop. 2Year neon is one of them... welp ****. :/

are the files going to be released?
also random crashes can be fixed by pressing r every now and then while driving (enters and exits the race queue)

also are you using the 2012 server code?

We are using the current code of the server, and yes when NFSW shuts down we will open source it in github with documentation.

Changelog alpha-v0.2
  • All powerups are fixed and working, even in events(proof: )
  • Vinyl, Skill & Performance shops can list entries but cannot change(install/deinstall/buy/sell) entities
  • Car Dealer can list entries but cannot buy/sell cars
  • Card Pack can list entries but cannot buy packs
  • Crash after race finish fixed, no rewards and cards will be given(you have infinite IGC & boost anyways)

Todo:
  • Crash after 60 seconds, still searching why but a temp solution exists. TOP PRIORITY to get fixed
  • Process the Basket, allow Car Dealer etc to function
  • An outside editor to change username, drivers, boost, igc etc

Bugs:
  • A/M shop causes game to crash, reason is that some unique parts are not in the server shop. A/M will cause game to crash if you have one of those parts(ex: 2year plate, 2year neon)
  • Paint Shop causes infinite loading. Have no idea why, any ideas are welcome.
  • Cannot finish pursuits. Needs dynamic PursuitEscaped from EA's jabber, which is hard to achieve locally but not impossible.
  • Cannot change cars(for now). TEMP SOLUTION: Change DefaultCarIndex from /personas/11111112/carslots(open it notepad) to change cars.(0,1,2,3 etc. 0 is the top car and others go as much as you have)

how have you got the current version of the server code?

the only nfsw-srv jar i know of was the 1.0.0 which was gained from a cd in 2012

that jar isn't actually a server, it's something similar to offline apachi. Nilzao hand-wrote it some days ago using Eclipse.

ClientReplay with mitm processes. With a mitm, nothing is encrypted, even the 89.* jabber.
