Misc. slot in Performance shop

while tuning my EPIC MR2 i was scrolling to un zoom and accidentaly discover the MISC. SLOT. can anyone tell me what go in the misc slot

Miscelanous part (carbon fiber,exauhst...) was planned to be released since the old devs (drew.marc...) basically these are parts that will increase the performance of the car . But they never got released .It was before the skill part system so I think they replaced it with skill part ! so in short words .it's a feature that never got released !

I think that that photo is fake ! here's the real one
besides they will never release those parts because those parts were back in 2011 and it was back when tier system existed !

Only the custom performance parts are available on some special cars.
And the elite parts never got out.
